Milpitas fatal crash victim identified

Cristhian Joel Herrera-Rivera, 29, was killed in a solo motorcycle crash in Milpitas last month. The incident occurred around 11 p.m. on February 19 and may have involved alcohol. No other vehicles were involved in the crash. The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
