A suspected explosive attack in the southwestern province of Cauca has resulted in at least seven deaths and 20 injuries. The explosion occurred on the Pan-American highway in the El Tunel sector of Cajibio. The state governor, Octavio Guzman, condemned the attack as an "indiscriminate attack" and demanded a decisive response from the government. This comes after a series of attacks attributed to criminal groups formed by dissident members of the FARC.
