The former director of food services for the Plymouth Public Schools, Patrick Van Cott, is facing charges of theft of federal funds and wire fraud. He is accused of using food and commercial kitchen equipment purchased for town schools using federal funds to run his business on Cape Cod. The accused also allegedly had to cut deli meat for him, which he used to sell at his snack shack.
