Rare tornado touches down in NorCal during wild weather weekend

A rare occurrence of a tornado that touched down in Northern California during the weekend, occurred in an unpopulated area near Red Bluff. The National Weather Service confirmed the existence of the tornado through a combination of radar, video and webcam footage. No damage or injuries were reported.
