Painted Tree Boutique in Lincoln, Nebraska, has ceased operations at all locations, leaving several small business owners in the dark. The company notified all shop owners through an email obtained from a local vendor. The firm stated that it will not be conducting any further retail sales at any location. All vendors had to retrieve their items before the building’s landlord locked the doors down or they would be auctioned off. The Painted Tree owns 61 buildings across the United States and is closing all of them.
