Detectives called to scene after deadly shooting in Lemon Grove

A man was found shot to death in a residential area of Los Angeles early in the morning, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Office. The victim was found with gunshot wounds to his upper body. At least one person was detained for questioning. No other injuries were reported.
