18-year-old convicted after reported comment on Instagram referencing mass shooting was reported to the Sarpy County Sheriff's Office. The comment was left on a Scary Acres Instagram post by an account called Marshall 506861. The sheriff's office believes this comment may have prevented a mass shooting. If not reported, the comment changed his plea in the case and was found guilty of making terroristic threats. The arrest of 18 year old Marshall Fry has been made for $10 million and the investigation continues. KETV NewSWATCH SEVEN's PETE CUDDIHY has been investigating the comment.
