How cyberattacks, AI technology have become the new battlefield for Iran War

The U.S. and Israeli military operations against Iran are being conducted in the air and at sea, while a cyberwarfare battle is taking place online. A cyberattack allegedly linked to Iran-aligned hackers disrupted operations at Stryker, a major US medical technology company, causing a global network disruption. The company confirmed that it did not see any signs of "ransomware or malware" and now believes the incident is contained. Israel has also conducted a "wide-scale strike" targeting military sites in Tehran, allegedly housing the headquarters of the Iranian Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). The IDF claims these sites were among the military outposts hit in the strike. Cyberattacks from Iran have increased following the Feb. 28 airstrikes, with pro-Iran hacktivist groups claiming responsibility for attacks on Israeli payment systems and Kuwaiti government websites. Pro-Russian political hackers teamed up with Iranian hacktivists to target Israeli defense and municipal organizations.
