Police in Louisiana have reportedly killed eight children in three separate shootings near Shreveport, including at least 10 individuals who were hit by gunfire during a domestic disturbance. The incident occurred shortly after 6 a.m. local time. The suspect was fatally shot by police following a high-speed pursuit into a neighboring jurisdiction. The victims range from one year to approximately 14 years old, and all of the deceased are juveniles. Republican House Speaker Mike Johnson described the incident as "heartbreaking" and thanked local law enforcement for their swift response. The shooting comes days after former Virginia Lt. Gov.
