A collision occurred early Saturday morning in the morning, with a 41-year-old woman who was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle, identified as a dark-colored Mazda SUV, fled the scene and was arrested on suspicion of felony hit-and-run and vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
