Former JCPS teacher’s aide, basketball coach sentenced for sexual abuse of minors

Former Jefferson County Public Schools employee, Christopher Morris, has been sentenced to 70 years in prison for sexually abusing two boys. Prosecutors allege that Morris used religion to manipulate the boys into having sex with him. The jury found him guilty of multiple counts of sodomy, sexual abuse, and unlawful transaction with a minor. His first trial ended in a stalemate after a witness's testimony possibly revealed a third victim.
