1 Charged After Man Shot Outside Coram Apartment: Police

An 18-year-old man has been charged with first-degree assault and reckless endangerment for shooting and seriously injuring another man outside an apartment building in Coram, New York. The victim was taken to a local hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Police found Dominick Tullon and placed him in custody shortly after 9 p.m. The charges are pending.
