A new approach to health care in Las Vegas, Upbeat Health, aims to make it easier for Southern Nevadans to see a doctor without long waits or hospital visits. The expanding practice is offering same-day appointments and bringing specialized care directly to patients' homes. According to the Association of American Medical Colleges, Nevada currently ranks 48th in the nation for primary care physicians per 100,000 residents, a shortage that leaves many without timely medical attention. Justin Bituin, CEO of the clinic, believes this shift in primary care is a significant step forward.
