UTEP Softball Drops Midweek Contest to Arizona State

UTEP softball lost their midweek game against Arizona State, ending in a 10-1 victory. The loss leaves UTEP at 9-13 on the season, while Arizona State improves to 20-6. Arizona State outplayed UTEP 12-6, with a team batting average of.387 and a two-run home run in the seventh inning. The Miners will resume Conference USA play against FIU in mid-February.
