Schoen, who had already received the lowest GM evaluation grade in the entire NFL, found himself surrounded by people who don't report to him and a head coach who outranks him by virtually every measure. Francesa warned Schoen against publicly claiming he is still the leader of the football operation, stating that while it's possible to salvage his career, it's dangerous to publicly claim authority you don't hold.
