Visalia Police Arrest 3 in Mall Gunpoint Robbery

Three people have been arrested for allegedly robbing two victims at gunpoint in the Visalia Mall parking structure. The suspects were identified as DeAnthony Todd, Jamal Miller, and a 16-year-old girl. The victims were reportedly approached by three men while they were selling clothing online. Police tracked down the suspect vehicle to a home and found the stolen clothing and a P80 "ghost gun". The arrests were made.
