Rep. Anna Paulina Luna (R-Florida) has filed a motion to expel Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif. governor candidate) from Congress, stating she will enforce a House floor vote next week following allegations of sexual assault against him. The move is considered privileged in the House, allowing Luna to compel lawmakers to vote on whether or not to remove him.
