A mother, 37-year-old Alysha Gulley, allegedly lied about a drive-by shooting after her daughter accidentally shot herself with her unsecured gun. The child was found with gunshot wounds in a vehicle when first responders arrived. Gulley told police that she called 911 after hearing a loud boom while driving and turning around to see her daughter's shot. However, authorities found evidence that the gunshot came from inside the vehicle. The victim claimed the shooting was an accident and that her mother had asked her to grab her vape when the gun accidentally discharged.
