Balloon release planned for mass shooting victims who went to Johnnie L. Cochran Head Start

The Johnnie L. Cochran Head Start is hosting a balloon release for two of the eight victims of the mass shooting in Shreveport, Louisiana. The release will be held at 11 a.m. on the campus and attendees are encouraged to share their thoughts and memories of the victims. The other six victims are believed to have been identified by authorities.
