The Honolulu Emergency Medical Services (EMA) has rescued dozens of individuals from floodwaters across Oahu. The rescue occurred early Friday morning and involved rescue teams from Waialua and Wahiawa. The rescued individuals were transported to designated shelter sites and then transported to a nearby hospital.
