Human remains discovered near Spanaway identified as woman missing since 2022

Human remains were discovered in an isolated area near the Joint Base Lewis-McChord in January 2026. The remains are being investigated by the Department of the Army Criminal Investigation Division. The woman, identified as 21-year-old Aidan, was reported missing in 2022.
