Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky. man) has criticized his colleague, Sen. Markwayne Mullin, for not explaining why he chose to transfer the blame for his own violent assault. The comments were made during the DHS confirmation hearing. The senator also expressed his personal frustrations with Mullin for calling the GOP chairman "a freaking snake" and suggesting that he deserved to have suffered the assault that left six of Paul's ribs broken.
