An initial consultation costs $600 and a follow-up costs $550, or $4,200 for a year-long membership, which includes all menopausal care. Dr. Tang also operates out of insurance networks and is strictly fee-for-service. Despite high deductibles and high out-of-pocket costs, patients are not paying significantly more than what they would pay in network.
