Sgt. Andrew 'Tim' Kiniry, a 104-year-old World War II veteran, spoke about his experiences at Buchenwald concentration camp and how he spent two weeks treating about 21,000 survivors after U.S. forces liberated the camp. Kiniry described the process of reintroducing food to survivors and overcoming their fear of being gassed. After the presentation, Kiniry was made an honorary Jewish war veteran by Jewish War Veterans Garr-Greenstein-Friedenberg Post 39.
