Winston-Salem police arrest man charged with indecent liberties with 6-year-old

Police have arrested 46-year-old man, Justin Drake, in relation to an alleged sexual abuse incident involving a child. The incident reportedly occurred at the offender's residence on Feb. 27, 2026. Drake is charged with one count of indecent liberties with a child and has been given a $500,000 secured bond. During the investigation, detectives discovered that Drake is a registered sex offender with a pending case in Forsyth County for violating sex offender registration requirements and that his registration originated in Florida.
