Tokyo Metropolitan Police have arrested three individuals for allegedly employing Vietnamese women on tourist visas to perform prostitution in a rented room. The 42-year-old operator of "delivery health" sex business Pajama de Ojama, Hideyasu Nagase, and two accomplices allegedly used the rented room to facilitate prostitution for Vietnamese female employees in their 20s. The operation is believed to have profited from approximately 46 million yen over a period of 16 months starting in 2025. This is not the first time Nagase has been arrested for exploiting foreign nationals.
