Heartless dognappers caught on camera stealing Labradoodles Coco Chanel and Taco from SoCal car

Esma Bohannon's two Labradoodles, Coco Chanel and Taco, were stolen from her car in Encinitas, California, in broad daylight. The incident was caught on surveillance video. Despite filing a report with the San Diego County Sheriff's Office, neither Coco nor Taco have been found at any shelters or humane societies.
