A young softball player in San Bernardino, California, Judith Vargas, was heartbroken after her equipment was stolen from her family's car. The stolen equipment, including gloves, bats, and more, cost around $2,000. The Vargas family posted a video to social media asking for information about the stolen bag, which also included Judith's bat she hit her first-ever home run with. Despite the loss, Judith's community has rallied around her, with some families from her Yucaipa Calimesa Girls Softball League contributing to donations. The cost of the stolen gear has not yet been recovered.
