Police seize cars and guns after illegal street takeover in Portland’s Lloyd District

The Portland Police Department broke up a street takeover in the early hours of Monday morning in the morning, with over 50 people participating. The incident occurred in the city's Lloyd District and resulted in two cars being towed and several citations. The police have not publicly identified the individuals involved in the incident.
