2 men charged in east Charlotte homicide - WCCB Charlotte

Two men, Angelvis Fernandez and Anthony Ruiz-Polanco, have been charged with first-degree murder and conspiracy for the fatal shooting of 31-year-old Luis Gutierrez Mora in east Charlotte. The incident occurred around 2 a.m. on Albemarle Road near Central Avenue and Mora was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries but died on Tuesday. Both men are currently in custody.
