Central Ohio school gets solar panels

A local special education school, Bridgeway Academy, has installed about 12,000 solar panels in an effort to reduce the need for energy consumption and reduce operating costs. The project was supported by Fifth Third Bank and the Columbus Region Green Fund. The school estimates it will save over $2 million over the next 35 years.
