Apple quietly launches AirPods Max 2

Apple has launched the AirPods Max 2, a successor to its premium headphones launched in 2020. The Max 2 costs $549 and features active noise cancellation, audio-specific H2 chip, support for live translation, improved sound quality, and more. The headphones will be available for purchase from March 25. Apple claims that their active noise cancelling function is up to 1.5x more effective than its predecessor and the Adaptive Audio feature can adjust the levels of ANC and Transparency based on the user's surroundings to enhance listening experience. The AirPod Max 2 also features a new high-dynamic-range amplifier and improved Spatial Audio.
