Public Health warns of measles exposure in Seattle, Bellevue and Kirkland

Public Health – Seattle & King County is warning of potential measles exposure at multiple locations across the region. As of April 1, there have been two confirmed measles cases in King County residents, followed by seven cases in 2025 and three cases in both 2024 and 2025. The most likely exposure occurred between March 28 and April 20. Public Health urges anyone exposed to the virus to monitor for symptoms and to contact a health care provider.
