Scarlet Johnson, a 31-year-old mom from Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada, underwent a facelift after losing nearly 100 pounds in the past four years. She felt she looked "deflated" after losing weight and feared her "double-chin" made it look "even flabbier" than before. Johnson was given the $22,847 procedure by a family friend and underwent eight-hour surgery on Feb. 19. Despite some online support and criticism, Johnson defended her decision to undergo the procedure. She feels she now looks "youthful" and has a second opportunity to live a life she wants to live.
