Bobby Dean Cowell, a federal fugitive, was found and arrested near a Maverick gas station in Murray, Utah. He was charged with several counts of failure to stop at the command of law enforcement, property damage/destruction, and possession or use of a controlled substance. The police found suboxone in Cowell's pocket during his arrest.
