Harrison O'Neill Tiernan, a 23-year-old Texas man, was arrested at Miami International Airport with 75 pounds of marijuana hidden in his luggage. The drugs were discovered after he failed to register for a London Heathrow flight. The Department of Homeland Security handed the case over to the Miami-Dade Sheriff’s Office.
