Cohasset Police have charged a man with secretly recording people using the toilet at a local library. The staff at the Paul Pratt Public Library found a hidden recording device inside a unisex restroom and alerted the police. Police reviewed surveillance footage and found the recordings. The suspect is being held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail and is scheduled for arraignment at the courthouse.
