Hawaii Island Police have charged 23-year-old Isaiah Duarte with terroristic threatening and a firearm offense following two incidents. The incidents occurred at 11:42 a.m. and 1:23 p.m., when Duarte allegedly threatened to have a "shootout" with the vehicle's owner and then left the scene in an older model Toyota pickup truck. Police positively identified Duarte and took him into custody without incident. Duarte was also charged with an outstanding $200 failure-to-apparent warrant.
