A Bon Jovi biopic is in development. Here’s what we know.

Universal Pictures has secured the rights to develop a biopic about rock band Bon Jovi, focusing on their New Jersey origins and their rise to superstardom. The film will showcase the band's formative years starting in 1983 and will be participated in by Jon Bonjovi. The producers will also have full access to the band’s music library.
