A patrol officer stopped a 2007 Toyota for no visible registration and a loud muffler, prompting a check of the owner and driver, 21, who had previously been suspended for driving without insurance. The car was turned over to a passenger with a valid license. Police also stopped a Ford truck driving 64 mph in a 35-mph zone for nearly 30 minutes. The driver had to make an appearance in court due to the speed limit.
