Sophia Nelson, a longtime friend of Justin Fairfax, has expressed her grief over the murder-suicide of his wife, Cerina Fairfax, who was killed in her home by her husband, former Virginia Lt. Governor, who then took his own life. Nelson, who spoke to Justin on Tuesday, stated that she saw no warning signs of potential violence and had encouraged him to seek help during his impending divorce. She also mentioned that a judge had ordered him to leave the house and granted custody of their children to Cerina. The couple had been in their divorce since 2024.
