Over 30 Buc-ee's locations across the country have received an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau due to their expansion into Ohio. The grades were based on 88 customer complaints that were allegedly not addressed in a timely manner. An official with Buc-e's stated that the company does not respond to complaints from the BBB. The chain is set to open its first Ohio location in Huber Heights next month.
